Okay, I can't even EXPLAIN how much I loved these! (I won't explain on the other hand how many I ate...!) I was pretty impressed by this recipe, and how they turned out... They are your normal, everyday fudgy brownies on the bottom, topped with cheesecake, and finally a blackberry puree. The blackberry puree was made with freshly picked blackberries I harvested from just up the street!
