A few nights ago I decided to cook something Asian... This was probably my first time cooking this type of dish, and I have too say, I was impressed. A base display of iceberg lettuce, topped with udon noodles tossed in sesame seeds and my own sauce, topped with julienned veggies, pan fried beef, with seasoning, mint, basil, and sunflower sprouts.
